Fieldwork NRC, a national market research firm, is looking for Males & Females age 13-49 from across the country to participate in 60 minutes of online activities regarding lifestyle and habits. This is not sales related and please be assured that no one will try to sell you anything as a result of your participation.

This initial questionnaire, which will be used to determine if you qualify for the study, should last no more than 5 minutes. If you qualify, we will contact you to invite you to participate in the interview. You would be compensated $75.00 (Prepaid Visa Card) for your participation in this study.
